El primer foro de alto nivel entre la Comunidad de los Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños (CELAC) y África marca el inicio de una estrategia para fortalecer el comercio sur-sur. Aunque ambas regiones suman 87 países, los TLC son escasos. El reto será cerrar acuerdos y aprovechar mercados de 1.300 millones de personas y vastas tierras disponibles.
