SANTO DOMINGO.- La Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad del Sur (EDESUR) inform\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en la noche que restableci\u00f3 el servicio a cerca de 300 mil clientes en zonas afectadas por los aguaceros de las primeras horas de este d\u00eda.<\/p>\n
Dijo que el fen\u00f3meno atmosf\u00e9rico afect\u00f3 34.56% de sus circuitos tras la salida del servicio de cuatro subestaciones que ya est\u00e1n operando con normalidad.<\/p>\n
Indic\u00f3 que un total de 304,011 clientes se vieron afectados en el suministro debido a interrupciones causadas por las precipitaciones.<\/p>\n
Un comunicado de prensa de la entidad explic\u00f3 que el servicio energ\u00e9tico ha sido rehabilitado en un 95%.<\/p>\n
