SANTO DOMINGO.- El Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana  finaliz\u00f3 el primer trimestre del presente a\u00f1o con un d\u00e9ficit fiscal de 63,723 millones de pesos, empujado por un aumento en las transferencias corrientes, los intereses de la deuda y las remuneraciones y contribuciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hasta el 3 de abril los gastos sumaban  387,915 millones de pesos y los ingresos 324,192 millones, dejando como resultado deficitario el citado monto, seg\u00fan afirma el peri\u00f3dico Diario Libre En un despacho de prensa, publicado este viernes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Explica que el saldo del d\u00e9ficit acumulado durante los primeros tres meses del a\u00f1o representa el 22.7 % del monto presupuestado por el Gobierno para todo el 2026, que asciende a 280,575.3 millones de pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n

TRANSFERENCIAS CORRIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se\u00f1ala que las transferencias corrientes, un cap\u00edtulo dentro del cual se encuentran los diferentes subsidios que otorga el Estado, fue la de mayor monto devengado, con 151,752.4 millones de pesos, equivalente al 39.1 % de lo gastado por el Gobierno entre enero y principios de abril.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refiere que el cap\u00edtulo de los gastos financieros del reporte semanal de ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria que elabora la Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto<\/strong> (Digepres<\/strong>) y <\/span>que incluye los intereses de la deuda p\u00fablica, continu\u00f3 como el segundo que mayor cantidad de recursos consumi\u00f3 en el primer trimestre, destin\u00e1ndose para ese prop\u00f3sito 91,173.9 millones de pesos en el primer trimestre, representando el 23.5 % del gasto ejecutado.<\/span><\/p>\n

INTERESES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dentro de ese cap\u00edtulo, los intereses de los compromisos externos sumaron 66,592.2 millones y los internos 24,296.2 millones. Los restantes 285.5 millones de pesos se destinaron a pagos de comisiones.<\/span><\/p>\n

En cambio, los gastos en remuneraciones y contribuciones ascendieron a 84,197.9 millones de pesos, equivalente a un 21.7 % del monto gastado.<\/span><\/p>\n

En total, los tres cap\u00edtulos citados representaron el 84.3 % del dinero devengado por el Gobierno central en los primeros tres meses del 2026, equivalente a 327,124.2 millones de pesos, superior a los 297,560.3 millones destinados para esos mismos fines en similar per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando el monto signific\u00f3 el 82.6 % del total.<\/span><\/p>\n

El restante 15.7 % de los recursos se destinaron a la contrataci\u00f3n de servicios (23,259.3 millones), obras (15,709.2 millones de pesos), transferencias de capital (11,365.1 millones), materiales y suministros (6,826.4 millones) y en bienes muebles, inmuebles e intangibles (3,630.9 millones de pesos).<\/span><\/p>\n
