Los candidatos visitan barrios, escuchan a las comunidades y convierten las necesidades del pueblo en prioridad inmediata. Cada ciudadano parece ser el centro de atenci\u00f3n y cada problema recibe una respuesta urgente. Sin embargo, una vez concluye el proceso electoral, esa energ\u00eda suele desvanecerse entre la burocracia, el silencio administrativo y la desconexi\u00f3n con la realidad social.<br><br>La verdadera transformaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds no se logra \u00fanicamente convenciendo para votar, sino gobernando con la misma determinaci\u00f3n con la que se busca el voto.<br><br> Administrar es servir.<br>Administrar es cumplir. Administrar es entender que el poder no es un privilegio, sino una responsabilidad sagrada con cada dominicano y dominicana.<br><br>Imaginemos una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica en la que cada funcionario trabaje con la urgencia de quien est\u00e1 en campa\u00f1a permanente, pero no en busca de votos, sino de resultados concretos. Donde cada obra prometida se ejecute con eficiencia y transparencia. Donde cada decisi\u00f3n se tome pensando en el bienestar colectivo y no en c\u00e1lculos pol\u00edticos o intereses particulares.<br><br>La Rep\u00fablica Dominicana tiene el potencial, cuenta con los recursos y posee una ciudadan\u00eda que anhela instituciones fuertes y l\u00edderes coherentes. Lo que hace falta es voluntad real, compromiso constante y una visi\u00f3n de pa\u00eds que vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los cuatro a\u00f1os de mandato.<br><br>El verdadero liderazgo no se demuestra en la tarima, sino en la gesti\u00f3n diaria.
