Santo Domingo, D.N. \u2013 La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de J\u00f3venes Empresarios (ANJE), a trav\u00e9s de su Comisi\u00f3n de Econom\u00eda y Energ\u00eda (CEE), celebr\u00f3 el encuentro titulado \u201cAvances, retos y visi\u00f3n del sector el\u00e9ctrico de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana\u201d, con la participaci\u00f3n del destacado empresario, experto en pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica y actual presidente ejecutivo del Consejo Unificado de las Empresas Distribuidoras de Electricidad (CUED), Celso Marranzini.
El evento tuvo como prop\u00f3sito propiciar un espacio de an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico y di\u00e1logo multisectorial entre representantes del empresariado nacional y autoridades del sistema el\u00e9ctrico, con el objetivo de examinar los avances recientes, los desaf\u00edos estructurales persistentes y la visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para el desarrollo sostenible del sector el\u00e9ctrico dominicano.
Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Celso Marranzini present\u00f3 la ponencia \u201cAcciones 2025 y Plan de Reducci\u00f3n de P\u00e9rdidas 2026\u201d, en la que expuso los principales ejes de acci\u00f3n para la mejora del sistema el\u00e9ctrico nacional. Entre los temas abordados destacaron la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas subestaciones, la modernizaci\u00f3n de redes de distribuci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el fortalecimiento de la gesti\u00f3n comercial y tecnol\u00f3gica de las EDEs.
\u201cDebemos impulsar con las autoridades una Pol\u00edtica Energ\u00e9tica Nacional que permita la continuidad t\u00e9cnica en los distintos entes y \u00f3rganos del sector el\u00e9ctrico\u201d expres\u00f3 Marranzini.
En sus palabras de apertura, el presidente de ANJE, Boris De Le\u00f3n Reyes, resalt\u00f3 la relevancia de fomentar espacios de articulaci\u00f3n entre el sector p\u00fablico y privado para abordar de manera conjunta los retos del sistema el\u00e9ctrico. \u201cContar con un sector energ\u00e9tico eficiente, sostenible y competitivo es fundamental para fortalecer el clima de negocios y garantizar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds. Reconocemos los avances significativos que se han logrado en la diversificaci\u00f3n de nuestra matriz de generaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, sabemos que a\u00fan nos queda camino por recorrer para superar desaf\u00edos estructurales que han persistido por d\u00e9cadas\u201d, expres\u00f3 De Le\u00f3n Reyes.
Asimismo, el ministro de energ\u00eda y minas Joel Santos tom\u00f3 la palabra al concluir el evento y exalt\u00f3 los avances del sector y la importancia de un trabajo coordinado en el gabinete el\u00e9ctrico, as\u00ed como la necesidad de modernizar la ley de electricidad que data del 2001, cuando la matriz de generaci\u00f3n era muy diferente y predominaba en un 88% la generaci\u00f3n de derivados directos del petr\u00f3leo y hoy en d\u00eda es apenas un 10%.
El encuentro reuni\u00f3 a l\u00edderes empresariales, t\u00e9cnicos del sector energ\u00e9tico y miembros de la asociaci\u00f3n, reafirmando la misi\u00f3n de ANJE de ser catalizador del pensamiento empresarial joven y promover propuestas que contribuyan al fortalecimiento institucional, la competitividad y la sostenibilidad del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
