SANTO DOMINGO.- Representantes de asociaciones de productores y campesinos de diferentes zonas del pa\u00eds expusieron a las autoridades del Partido de la Liberaci\u00f3n Dominicana (PLD) la \u00abprecaria\u00bb situaci\u00f3n del campo.<\/p>\n
Danilo Medina, presidente del PLD, encabez\u00f3 la actividad y escuch\u00f3 a los agricultores que se quejaron de los problemas que enfrentan ante el \u00ababandono\u00bb del sector por el Gobierno.<\/p>\n
El exmandatario se solidariz\u00f3 con los presentes y se comprometi\u00f3 a que los temas presentados seguir\u00e1n siendo parte de la agenda de la organizaci\u00f3n y que procurar\u00e1n los correctivos a los males denunciados.<\/p>\n
SECTOR FUE ABANDOONADO POR EL GOBIERNO<\/strong><\/p>\nLa Secretar\u00eda de Organizaciones Campesinas del PLD, que encabeza Emilio Toribio, organiz\u00f3 el encuentro que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 200 organizaciones de productores.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n participaron por el PLD el secretario general, Johnny Pujols, e Yv\u00e1n Lorenzo, vicepresidente de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
\u201cEs muy importante para el partido acercarse a esos sectores productivos que han sido abandonados en este gobierno y que en el gobierno del PLD fueron escuchados por el expresidente Danilo Medina\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n
