SANTO DOMINGO.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Infraestructuras de la Fuerza del Pueblo present\u00f3 una evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en la que cuestiona la gesti\u00f3n gubernamental de los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de desastres, infraestructura y respuesta ante emergencias.<\/p>\n
El documento, seg\u00fan el partido opositor, recoge hechos verificables y plantea una serie de propuestas orientadas a mejorar la planificaci\u00f3n, la transparencia y la capacidad de respuesta del Estado ante fen\u00f3menos atmosf\u00e9ricos y fallas estructurales.<\/p>\n
INUNDACIONES Y COLAPSOS RECURRENTES<\/strong><\/p>\nAfirma que durante este per\u00edodo el pa\u00eds ha enfrentado inundaciones urbanas, colapsos de infraestructuras y emergencias recurrentes que, a su juicio, evidencian debilidades en el sistema nacional de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/p>\n
Entre las principales cr\u00edticas, se\u00f1ala supuestas deficiencias en la coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE), la Oficina Nacional de Meteorolog\u00eda (Onamet), el INDRHI, los ayuntamientos y la Defensa Civil, as\u00ed como retrasos en la emisi\u00f3n de alertas durante eventos como las tormentas Fred, Fiona y Franklin.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 falta de mantenimiento en drenajes pluviales, ca\u00f1adas, puentes y sistemas de bombeo, lo que, de acuerdo con el informe, habr\u00eda contribuido a inundaciones repetitivas en el Gran Santo Domingo y otras zonas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
