{"id":134208,"date":"2026-04-18T16:27:27","date_gmt":"2026-04-18T16:27:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiassin.com\/?p=1982085"},"modified":"2026-04-18T16:27:27","modified_gmt":"2026-04-18T16:27:27","slug":"alfredo-pacheco-preside-152-a-asamblea-de-la-union-interparlamentaria-uip-en-estambul-turquiao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=134208","title":{"rendered":"Alfredo Pacheco preside 152.\u00aa Asamblea de la Uni\u00f3n Interparlamentaria (UIP) en Estambul, Turqu\u00edao"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/alfredo-pacheco-preside-152-a-asamblea-de-la-union-interparlamentaria-uip-en-e-20260418-154409-36wW-1200x675.jpeg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Turqu\u00eda<\/strong>.- El presidente de la c\u00e1mara de Diputados, <strong>Alfredo Pacheco<\/strong>, presidi\u00f3 la 152.\u00aa Asamblea de la <strong>Uni\u00f3n Interparlamentaria<\/strong> (<strong>UIP<\/strong>), en <strong>Estambul<\/strong>, <strong>Turqu\u00eda<\/strong>, siendo esta la primera vez que un dominicano preside los debates de este \u00f3rgano, compuesto por 186 parlamentos a nivel global, donde se trataron temas para garantizar la esperanza, asegurar la paz y justicia para las futuras generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Asamblea<\/strong> adoptar\u00e1 resoluciones sobre el tema de urgencia y sobre los temas examinados por la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Paz y Seguridad Internacional<\/strong>, titulada \u201cEl papel de los parlamentos en el establecimiento de mecanismos s\u00f3lidos de gesti\u00f3n posterior a los conflictos y la restauraci\u00f3n de una paz justa y duradera\u201d, al igual que otros temas de suma importancia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, estuvieron presentes los diputados dominicanos <strong>Rafael Castillo<\/strong>, vocero de la bancada del Partido de la <strong>Fuerza del Pueblo<\/strong>; <strong>Caty D\u00edaz<\/strong>, <strong>Gregorio Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong> y <strong>Julio C\u00e9sar Beltr\u00e9<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se reunieron todos los \u00f3rganos estatutarios de la <strong>UIP<\/strong>, incluido el <strong>Consejo Directivo<\/strong>, las <strong>Comisiones Permanentes<\/strong>, las <strong>Comisiones de Derechos Humanos de los Parlamentarios<\/strong>, de <strong>Asuntos de Oriente Medio<\/strong> y de <strong>Salud<\/strong>, as\u00ed como el <strong>Foro de Mujeres Parlamentarias<\/strong> y el <strong>Foro de J\u00f3venes Parlamentarios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El motivo de los debates<\/h2>\n<p>El debate general de la 152.\u00aa Asamblea de la <strong>UIP<\/strong> invita a las delegaciones a realizar intervenciones con visi\u00f3n de futuro y orientadas a la acci\u00f3n, compartiendo buenas pr\u00e1cticas sobre las formas en que su Parlamento contribuye a fortalecer la confianza en las instituciones p\u00fablicas y en la democracia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las medidas que ha adoptado su Parlamento para promover una legislaci\u00f3n sostenible y con visi\u00f3n de futuro, y pr\u00e1cticas que beneficien tanto a las generaciones presentes como a las futuras.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, c\u00f3mo la diplomacia parlamentaria, el di\u00e1logo y la cooperaci\u00f3n interparlamentaria han contribuido a promover la paz y la justicia y a salvaguardar la cooperaci\u00f3n multilateral y los enfoques que ha seguido su Parlamento para abordar los desaf\u00edos subyacentes del desarrollo, incluida la pobreza, la desigualdad, la degradaci\u00f3n ambiental, la inseguridad alimentaria y los cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos disruptivos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, las medidas que est\u00e1 adoptando su <strong>Parlamento<\/strong> para dar forma a la trayectoria futura de la IA, de conformidad con la <strong>Declaraci\u00f3n de Kuala Lumpur<\/strong> de noviembre de 2025 sobre los parlamentos y la IA responsable y las recientes resoluciones de la <strong>UIP<\/strong> sobre el tema<\/p>\n<p>Y c\u00f3mo contribuye su Parlamento a la aplicaci\u00f3n de los compromisos del Pacto para el Futuro de las <strong>Naciones Unidas<\/strong>, incluido su anexo, la Declaraci\u00f3n sobre las Generaciones Futuras, y de los resultados de la Sexta Conferencia Mundial de Presidentes de Parlamento, as\u00ed como a la preparaci\u00f3n de la agenda post-2030.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turqu\u00eda.- El presidente de la c\u00e1mara de&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":134209,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[42],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-134208","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
