{"id":140212,"date":"2026-04-20T22:47:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-20T22:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiassin.com\/?p=1982939"},"modified":"2026-04-20T22:47:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T22:47:11","slug":"caso-jet-set-familia-de-esposa-de-eduardo-grullon-presenta-querella-por-homicidio-voluntario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=140212","title":{"rendered":"Caso Jet Set: familia de esposa de Eduardo Grull\u00f3n presenta querella por homicidio voluntario"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/tribunal-otorga-un-mes-para-que-sea-realizado-el-peritaje-solicitado-por-los-her-20260406-140942-s5V3-1200x675.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>Los abogados de la familia de<strong>&nbsp;Johanna Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, fallecida junto a su esposo y presidente de Administradora de Fondo de Pensiones Ppopular (AFP Popular),<strong>&nbsp;Eduardo Grull\u00f3n<\/strong>, en la tragedia de la discoteca <em><strong>Jet Set<\/strong><\/em>, presentaron este lunes una querella particular contra los propietarios del local colapsado el 08 de abril de 2025, que caus\u00f3 la muerte de al menos 236 personas y m\u00e1s de un centenar de lesionados.<\/p>\n<p>En la querella interpuesta contra los hermanos<strong>&nbsp;Antonio y Maribel Espaillat<\/strong>, los representantes legales del padre de Jhoanna Rodr\u00edguez solicitaron variar la calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica presentada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) para que se conozca como homicidio voluntario.<\/p>\n<p>En la acusaci\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>MP<\/strong>&nbsp;se imputa a los due\u00f1os de la discoteca Jet Set por&nbsp;<strong>homicidio involuntario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los abogados <strong>Juan Tom\u00e1s<\/strong> <strong>Vargas De Camps<\/strong>, <strong>Ignacio Miranda Cubilete<\/strong> y <strong>Adi Manuel Tapia<\/strong>, en representaci\u00f3n del se\u00f1or <strong>Juan Carlos Rodr\u00edguez Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, padre de&nbsp;<strong>Johanna Rodr\u00edguez&nbsp;de Grull\u00f3n<\/strong>, hicieron su presentaci\u00f3n este lunes durante la audiencia preliminar que se le sigue a los imputados.<\/p>\n<p>Alegan que, con pleno conocimiento del riesgo, los acusados ordenaron&nbsp;intervenciones estructurales&nbsp;a la discoteca sin los estudios t\u00e9cnicos, la supervisi\u00f3n ni personal adecuado, lo que caus\u00f3 su desplome causando la tragedia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vargas De Camps<\/strong> sostuvo que, al mantener abierta la discoteca, celebrando actividades multitudinaria, a pesar del deterioro progresivo del techo y desoyendo la advertencia de algunos clientes y empleados, compromete la&nbsp;<strong>responsabilidad penal<\/strong>&nbsp;de los dos acusados para que se les enjuicie con la calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica establecida en los art\u00edculos 195 y 304 del C\u00f3digo Penal, sobre le homicidio voluntario.<\/p>\n<p>En el&nbsp;<strong>colapso de techo<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n resultaron heridas m\u00e1s de un centenar de personas la madrugada del<strong>&nbsp;8 de abril<\/strong>&nbsp;del pasado a\u00f1o durante un concierto del merenguero Rubby P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p>Este lunes, en la continuaci\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>juicio preliminar<\/strong>, los&nbsp;querellantes particulares&nbsp;presentaron su acusaci\u00f3n, mientras que otros se adhirieron al expediente sometido por el&nbsp;Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los abogados de la familia de&nbsp;Johanna Rodr\u00edguez,&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":140213,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[42],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-140212","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
