Tejada Est\u00e9vez<\/strong>, representantes de la familia de <strong>Catherine Marie Najri Nadal<\/strong>, v\u00edctima del colapso en <strong>Jet Set<\/strong>, solicitaron al juez <strong>Raymundo Mej\u00eda<\/strong> declarar en rebeld\u00eda a <strong>Ana Grecia L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, madre de <strong>Antonio<\/strong> y <strong>Maribel Espaillat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta solicitud se fundamenta en la reiterada inasistencia de la imputada a las audiencias preliminares del caso, pese a haber sido <strong>debidamente citada en m\u00faltiples ocasiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"980\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/borrador-automatico-20260422-021233-FkhS.jpg\" alt class=\"wp-image-1984169 lazy\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/borrador-automatico-20260422-021233-FkhS.jpg 980w, https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/borrador-automatico-20260422-021233-FkhS-768x523.jpg 768w, https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/borrador-automatico-20260422-021233-FkhS-1200x817.jpg 1200w\"><\/figure>\n<p>De acuerdo con los togados, <strong>Ana Grecia L\u00f3pez<\/strong> ha incumplido con las citaciones judiciales al no comparecer ante el tribunal, aun cuando figura en el proceso en calidad de imputada. Indicaron que no es la primera vez que se ausenta del juzgado, lo que, a su juicio, obstaculiza el desarrollo normal del proceso.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pedido de rebeld\u00eda<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, insistieron en la necesidad de que sea declarada en rebeld\u00eda para garantizar<strong> el avance del caso.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En ese sentido, el juez <strong>Raymundo Mej\u00eda<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que no suspender\u00eda la audiencia pese a la no comparecencia de la imputada, permitiendo que el proceso contin\u00fae su curso mientras se eval\u00faan las medidas correspondientes frente a su inasistencia.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empresas en el proceso<\/h3>\n<p>En otro aspecto del caso, el abogado <strong>Nassir Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, quien representa a los familiares de <strong>Francina Mart\u00ednez Bernechea<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n fallecida en el colapso del <strong>Jet Set<\/strong>, present\u00f3 durante la audiencia del pasado 20 de abril una solicitud para que sean incluidas en el proceso varias empresas vinculadas a <strong>Antonio Espaillat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> hizo referencia espec\u00edfica a las empresas <strong>RCC Media<\/strong> y <strong>Difusora Hemisferio<\/strong>, argumentando que cuenta con pruebas documentales y certificaciones que evidencian que empleados que laboraban en la discoteca <strong>Jet Set<\/strong> recib\u00edan remuneraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de estas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Como ejemplo, mencion\u00f3 el caso de <strong>Manuel Jim\u00e9nez Mateo<\/strong>, encargado de mantenimiento, quien figuraba en la n\u00f3mina de la <strong>Tesorer\u00eda de la Seguridad Social<\/strong> (<strong>TSS<\/strong>) de <strong>RCC Media<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El jurista sostuvo que estos elementos podr\u00edan aportar informaci\u00f3n relevante para el esclarecimiento de los hechos y la determinaci\u00f3n de posibles responsabilidades dentro del proceso, por lo que reiter\u00f3 la importancia de que dichas <strong>empresas sean incorporadas formalmente al expediente judicial.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los abogados Lionel Vicente Correa Tapounet y&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":143464,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[42],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-143463","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
