para el 5 de junio el fallo<\/strong> del caso <strong>Camale\u00f3n<\/strong>, que involucra al exdirector del <strong>Intrant, Hugo Beras<\/strong>, al empresario <strong>Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel G\u00f3mez Cana\u00e1n (Jochi G\u00f3mez)<\/strong> y otros imputados, acusados de presuntos hechos de corrupci\u00f3n relacionados con el sistema semaf\u00f3rico del Gran Santo Domingo.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acusaciones por presunto desfalco y sabotaje al sistema de tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El proceso judicial gira en torno a se\u00f1alamientos del <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> por un presunto <strong>desfalco al Estado dominicano<\/strong> y el supuesto <strong>sabotaje a la red semaf\u00f3rica<\/strong>, hechos que habr\u00edan afectado el funcionamiento del sistema de control de tr\u00e1nsito en la capital.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia preliminar, las partes expusieron sus <strong>alegatos finales <\/strong>antes de que el P\u00fablico defiende pruebas y cuestiona a la defensa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La procuradora de corte <strong>Mirna Ortiz<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 que el Ministerio P\u00fablico logr\u00f3 sustentar las imputaciones presentadas contra los acusados, al tiempo que cuestion\u00f3 la estrategia de la defensa.<\/p>\n<p>Ortiz afirm\u00f3 que los abogados de los imputados intentaron <strong>desviar la atenci\u00f3n del tribunal<\/strong> con alegatos sin sustento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa defensa es lo que han pretendido el d\u00eda de hoy, <strong>extender una cortina de humo <\/strong>pretendiendo envolver al tribunal y a la prensa con insinuaciones y afirmaciones en menciones de nombres y personas sobre hechos que no han podido probar\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mensajes, licitaci\u00f3n y supuestos v\u00ednculos previos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, existen elementos como<strong> mensajes de WhatsApp<\/strong> que indicar\u00edan que el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n del sistema semaf\u00f3rico habr\u00eda estado definido antes de su ejecuci\u00f3n formal.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico <\/strong>sostiene que el contrato habr\u00eda sido adjudicado a un proveedor con el que ya exist\u00edan relaciones previas, lo que habr\u00eda facilitado un esquema irregular en el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con el caso en estado de fallo, las partes ahora esperan la<strong> decisi\u00f3n del tribunal<\/strong>, que determinar\u00e1 si existen elementos suficientes para la apertura de un juicio de fondo contra los imputados del expediente.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ortiz afirm\u00f3 que los abogados de los imputados intentaron <strong>desviar la
