{"id":153576,"date":"2026-04-25T18:27:14","date_gmt":"2026-04-25T18:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiassin.com\/?p=1986484"},"modified":"2026-04-25T18:27:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-25T18:27:14","slug":"aplazan-coercion-contra-padre-acusado-de-matar-a-su-hija-y-lanzar-el-cuerpo-a-una-canada-en-los-girasoles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=153576","title":{"rendered":"Aplazan coerci\u00f3n contra padre acusado de matar a su hija y lanzar el cuerpo a una ca\u00f1ada en Los Girasoles"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/detienen-al-padre-de-la-nina-hallada-muerta-en-los-girasoles-20260423-162739-6Wgf-1200x675.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>SANTO DOMINGO<\/strong>. \u2013 La <strong>Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente<\/strong> del <strong>Distrito Nacional<\/strong> aplaz\u00f3 el conocimiento de la medida de coerci\u00f3n contra un hombre acusado de provocar la muerte de su hija de un a\u00f1o, cuyo cuerpo fue hallado en una ca\u00f1ada del sector <strong>Los Girasoles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El aplazamiento se <strong>realiz\u00f3 a fin de que la defensa del imputado e<\/strong>st\u00e9 debidamente presente durante la audiencia.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medida de coerci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> solicita la imposici\u00f3n de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra <strong>Rosi Alfredo Mota Almonte<\/strong>, alias \u201cEl Loc\u00f3n Brake\u201d o \u201cFreddy\u201d, a quien se le acusa de haber causado la muerte de la menor el pasado 21 de abril de 2026, presuntamente por asfixia por sofocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalles del caso<\/h2>\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, encabezada por la procuradora fiscal <strong>Topacio Suero Sierra<\/strong>, adscrita al Departamento de Homicidios del <strong>Distrito Nacional<\/strong>, el hecho habr\u00eda ocurrido en horas de la ma\u00f1ana, cuando el imputado, tras llegar a su residencia, supuestamente asfixi\u00f3 a la ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, habr\u00eda introducido el cuerpo sin vida en un bulto, salido de la vivienda y lanzado el cad\u00e1ver a una ca\u00f1ada cercana.
