derrumbe de la discoteca <em>Jet Set<\/em>, denunci\u00f3 este lunes al comunicador <strong>Jhossan Capell <\/strong>por agredirlo fisicamente en la sede del <em>Palacio de Justica de Ciudad Nueva<\/em> durante la audiencia preliminar que se le sigue a los hermanos <strong>Maribel <\/strong>y <strong>Antonio Espaillat<\/strong> por el colapso del establecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00faltiples v\u00eddeos muestran el momento en que el comunicador oriundo de Santiago de los Caballeros agred\u00edo al padre de una de las v\u00edctimas del <strong>colapso <\/strong>del <em>Jet Set<\/em>, cuando \u00e9ste manifestaba justicia en nombre de su hijo fallecido.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" controls src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Agresion.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n<p>Capell quien luego de la agresi\u00f3n pidi\u00f3 disculpa, cometi\u00f3 el acto en <em><strong>\u00absupuesta\u00bb <\/strong><\/em>defensa al empresario <strong>Antonio Espaillat<\/strong>, principal acusado por la trajedia de la discoteca el 08 de abril 2025, alegando que los reclamos de los dolientes era una \u00abpresi\u00f3n social\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00abVayase de ah\u00ed co\u00f1o\u2026\u2026.\u00bb, <\/strong><\/em>expres\u00f3 Capell de manera airada al momento que agred\u00eda con un bofetadada al se\u00f1or custodio de 64 a\u00f1os, <strong><em>\u00ablo que se est\u00e1 viviendo aqu\u00ed no es m\u00e1s que una presi\u00f3n social\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, indic\u00f3 el agresor.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, el abogado <strong>Yan Carlos Mart\u00ednez Segura<\/strong>, calific\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n como inaceptable. <strong><em>\u00abNo puede ser posible que el pleno Palacio de Justicia donde se est\u00e1 buscando justicia para 236 muertos se permita que un charlatan venga a agredir a un se\u00f1or de esta edad\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, manifesto el abogado al momento que precis\u00f3 que no aceptan disculpas.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"478\" width=\"848\" controls src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Demanda.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Mart\u00ednez Segura<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 seguridad para todos los querellantes del caso Jet Set al momento que emplaz\u00f3 a la Procuradora fiscal del Distrito Nacional a tomar carta en el asunto.<\/p>\n<p>El somentiemto contra <strong>Jhossan Cappell<\/strong> fue
