Hoy dirige Patio Op\u00e9ra, un restaurante donde combina t\u00e9cnica, producto e historia personal en una cocina con influencias internacionales. En entrevista con Escala en Par\u00eds, habla de sus inspiraciones, su recorrido y su visi\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda contempor\u00e1nea. <\/p>\n<div readability=\"57.688888888889\">\n<p>Ricardo Flores descubri\u00f3 su vocaci\u00f3n entre los aromas y sabores del restaurante de su abuela en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.france24.com\/es\/tag\/bolivia\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"gtm-add-suggested-tag\">Bolivia<\/a>, donde trabajaban tambi\u00e9n su madre y sus t\u00edas.
