{"id":185739,"date":"2026-05-07T14:53:24","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T14:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiassin.com\/?p=1992458"},"modified":"2026-05-07T14:53:24","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T14:53:24","slug":"acusan-a-presunta-red-vinculada-a-shampoo-y-nino-dolar-de-trata-armas-drogas-y-proxenetismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=185739","title":{"rendered":"Acusan a presunta red vinculada a \u201cShampoo\u201d y \u201cNino D\u00f3lar\u201d de trata, armas, drogas y proxenetismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/multimedia.noticiassin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/acusan-a-presunta-red-vinculada-a-shampoo-y-nino-dolar-de-trata-armas-drog-20260507-143351-Y4JN-1200x675.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Santo Domingo<\/strong>.- El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> deposit\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la solicitud de medida de coerci\u00f3n contra diez hombres acusados de integrar una presunta red criminal vinculada a trata y tr\u00e1fico de personas, proxenetismo, tr\u00e1fico de drogas, armas y asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores, tras un allanamiento realizado en un complejo de villas del municipio <strong>San Jos\u00e9 de las Matas<\/strong> (<strong>Sajoma<\/strong>), en <strong>Santiago<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los imputados son <strong>Carlos Manuel Sosa<\/strong>; <strong>Yapur Ramia D\u00edaz<\/strong>, alias \u201cShampoo\u201d; <strong>Leury Dami\u00e1n Mata Castillo<\/strong>; <strong>Carlos Jos\u00e9 Troche Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, conocido como \u201cNino D\u00f3lar\u201d; <strong>Omar El\u00edas Estrella Taveras<\/strong>; <strong>George Orlando Guti\u00e9rrez Mercedes<\/strong>; <strong>Jes\u00fas Emilio Ruiz Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>; <strong>Jos\u00e9 Enrique Pichardo N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>; <strong>J\u00fanior David Matos Monegro<\/strong> y <strong>Estarlin Javier Bonilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operativo y hallazgos<\/h2>\n<p>De acuerdo con el expediente, las autoridades investigaban una supuesta estructura criminal dedicada al tr\u00e1fico de armas de fuego, sustancias controladas, sicariato y trata de personas. Durante el operativo fueron ocupadas dos pistolas, un fusil, cargadores, municiones, porciones de presuntas drogas, varios veh\u00edculos y m\u00faltiples tel\u00e9fonos celulares.<\/p>\n<p>En el allanamiento tambi\u00e9n fueron rescatadas seis mujeres de nacionalidad colombiana, identificadas como <strong>Julibeth del Carmen Barros Orozco<\/strong>, <strong>Valeria Sof\u00eda Caro Rojas<\/strong>, <strong>Tania Mota<\/strong>, <strong>Yazm\u00edn Correa Bustamante<\/strong>, <strong>Anyeline Rojas Barros<\/strong> y <strong>Laura Valentina Zapata<\/strong>, quienes, seg\u00fan el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, eran v\u00edctimas de explotaci\u00f3n sexual.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00edctimas y control<\/h2>\n<p>La solicitud de coerci\u00f3n establece que las mujeres se encontraban sin pasaportes y presentaban condiciones asociadas a trata de personas. El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> sostiene que la presunta red utilizaba la retenci\u00f3n de documentos como mecanismo de control sobre las v\u00edctimas extranjeras, aumentando su vulnerabilidad por su condici\u00f3n migratoria.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el \u00f3rgano acusador se\u00f1ala que la estructura era dirigida presuntamente por \u201cNi\u00f1o D\u00f3lar\u201d y \u201cShampoo\u201d, quienes figuran como los principales investigados dentro del expediente.<\/p>\n<p>A los imputados se les atribuyen violaciones a los art\u00edculos 265, 266 y 334 del <strong>C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano<\/strong>, relativos a asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores y proxenetismo; a la Ley 631-16 sobre armas de fuego; a la Ley 50-88 sobre drogas y sustancias controladas; y a la Ley 137-03 sobre tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de migrantes y trata de personas.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cargos y coerci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra los diez acusados y pidi\u00f3 que el caso sea declarado complejo debido a la cantidad de imputados y delitos investigados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico deposit\u00f3 este&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":185740,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[42],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-185739","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
