SANTIAGO<\/strong><\/strong>.- Seis mujeres colombianas, identificadas por las autoridades como presuntas v\u00edctimas de explotaci\u00f3n sexual tras un operativo realizado en un complejo de villas de San Jos\u00e9 de las Matas<\/strong>, aseguraron que acudieron \u201cvoluntariamente\u201d al lugar y negaron haber sido v\u00edctimas de trata de personas o proxenetismo.<\/p>\n

Denuncias de las colombianas<\/h2>\n

Las extranjeras denunciaron, adem\u00e1s, presuntas violaciones a sus derechos, durante el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n que llevaron a cabo el Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> y organismos de seguridad.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e1n abriendo un caso de trata de blancas y proxenetismo, cuando todas fuimos voluntariamente a<\/strong> la villa\u201d, expres\u00f3 una de las j\u00f3venes, tras asegurar que ninguna de las mujeres, seis en total, fue obligada a realizar actividades contra su voluntad.<\/p>\n

Narraron que durante el operativo perdieron pertenencias personales<\/strong>, dinero, celulares y documentos, incluidos sus pasaportes; situaci\u00f3n que, afirman, las mantiene incomunicadas y limitadas para desplazarse dentro del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\u00abNos tienen sin tel\u00e9fonos y sin pasaportes. No pudimos hacer ni una llamada<\/strong> a nuestros familiares ni a abogados\u201d, denunciaron.<\/p>\n

Las j\u00f3venes afirmaron que fueron entrevistadas por fiscales, sin la presencia de representantes legales, y alegaron que desconoc\u00edan los procedimientos realizados durante la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Asimismo, sostuvieron que se sienten \u201crevictimizadas\u201d por las autoridades<\/strong>, tras asegurar que no existe una estructura de trata de personas vinculada a ellas.<\/p>\n

\u00abEstamos siendo v\u00edctimas, pero del Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, porque nos han vulnerado nuestros derechos desde el principio\u201d, expresaron.<\/p>\n

Una de las colombianas, identificada como Julie B. Barros<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que acudieron a la villa tras recibir una invitaci\u00f3n mientras compart\u00edan en otro lugar y asegur\u00f3 que desconoc\u00edan las actividades de las personas con las que coincidieron.<\/p>\n

    Las mujeres tambi\u00e9n afirmaron que no poseen antecedentes judiciales en Colombia<\/strong> y se\u00f1alaron que se encontraban en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong>, \u201cturisteando y conociendo lugares\u201d.<\/p>\n

    Detalles del operativo<\/h2>\n

    El operativo fue realizado por agentes de la Subdirecci\u00f3n Regional de Inteligencia (DINTEL<\/strong>), en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, unidades preventivas y equipos t\u00e1cticos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Durante la intervenci\u00f3n fueron arrestadas 17 personas, entre ellas 11 hombres y<\/strong> seis mujeres, algunas de nacionalidad colombiana y otras que no portaban documentos de identidad al momento del allanamiento.<\/p>\n

    Las autoridades identificaron a las colombianas rescatadas como Julibeth del Carmen Barros Orozco<\/strong>, Valeria Sof\u00eda Caro Rojas<\/strong>, Tania Mota<\/strong>, Yazm\u00edn Correa Bustamante<\/strong>, Anyeline Rojas Barros<\/strong> y Laura Valentina Zapata<\/strong>, quienes, seg\u00fan el Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>, eran v\u00edctimas de explotaci\u00f3n sexual.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
