Santo Domingo, RD.-El Plan Anticrisis enviado este viernes por el Poder Ejecutivo al Congreso Nacional contempla aumentar la deducci\u00f3n por gastos educativos del 25 % al 30 %, y hasta un 50 % en casos que beneficien a personas con discapacidad, autismo o trastornos del neurodesarrollo.

La medida busca garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de la clase media y los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables de la poblaci\u00f3n ante los efectos generados por la crisis en Medio Oriente.

De acuerdo con datos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Impuestos Internos (DGII), en 2026 se realiz\u00f3 una devoluci\u00f3n de 6,323.8 millones de pesos a los contribuyentes por inversiones en educaci\u00f3n, un incremento de 10.7 % respecto a los 5,712.1 millones otorgados en 2025.

El informe tambi\u00e9n destaca un aumento en la cantidad de beneficiarios, con 50,141 contribuyentes que declararon gastos educativos este a\u00f1o, unos 3,632 m\u00e1s que en el per\u00edodo anterior, as\u00ed como un mayor n\u00famero de centros educativos reportados.
