El secuestro, violaci\u00f3n y asesinato de una ni\u00f1a de 11 a\u00f1os, presuntamente a manos de un agresor con denuncias previas, evidencia las fallas cr\u00f3nicas del sistema judicial franc\u00e9s. Ante la indignaci\u00f3n que se vive hoy, nos preguntamos en esta emisi\u00f3n de En Primera Plana: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 avanza tan lento una ley que frene la impunidad? \u00bfEs una crisis de presupuesto o el reflejo de un problema estructural en la sociedad francesa? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el papel de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n? Desde el crimen<\/a> de Lyhanna, cada lunes las calles de Francia<\/a> se llenan de manifestantes que exigen una ley integral contra la violencia<\/a> sexual que proteja eficazmente a las infancias y a las mujeres. <\/p>\n

Sin embargo, la lentitud legislativa contrasta con la urgencia social. Acorralado por las protestas<\/a> y las peticiones de renuncia, el ministro de Justicia<\/a>, G\u00e9rald Darmanin<\/a>, anunci\u00f3 una medida dr\u00e1stica: la revisi\u00f3n de 70,000 expedientes de abusos y violaciones contra menores de edad que hab\u00edan sido archivados sin investigaci\u00f3n previa.<\/p>\n

Este vac\u00edo judicial ha avergonzado al pa\u00eds y obliga a preguntarse si la crisis se debe solo a la falta de presupuesto<\/a> y personal o si las ra\u00edces del problema est\u00e1n asentadas de forma m\u00e1s profunda en la sociedad francesa.  <\/p>\n
