Valdez Albizu recibe misi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica para fortalecer el cr\u00e9dito productivo a trav\u00e9s del BANDEX<\/h2>\n

SANTO DOMINGO.<\/strong> El Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID)<\/strong> destinar\u00e1 US$100 millones<\/strong> para fortalecer el acceso al financiamiento de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (MIPYMES) en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, como parte de un programa que ser\u00e1 ejecutado junto al Banco de Desarrollo y Exportaciones (BANDEX)<\/strong>. La iniciativa fue presentada durante una reuni\u00f3n entre una misi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del organismo multilateral y el gobernador del Banco Central<\/strong>, H\u00e9ctor Valdez Albizu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 en el marco del programa \u00abFinaRD 2036: Acelerando las Inversiones en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana\u00bb<\/strong>, encabezado por Diego Herrera<\/strong>, especialista principal de mercados financieros del BID, acompa\u00f1ado por el consultor Rodrigo Ortiz<\/strong> y Awilda Castillo<\/strong>, representante del organismo en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Durante la reuni\u00f3n se explic\u00f3 que los recursos estar\u00e1n dirigidos a ampliar el acceso al cr\u00e9dito de las actividades productivas de las MIPYMES, con especial \u00e9nfasis en las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas que cumplan con los criterios de elegibilidad.<\/p>\n

Herrera indic\u00f3 que el programa tambi\u00e9n priorizar\u00e1 a empresas con vocaci\u00f3n exportadora y aquellas dirigidas por mujeres, con el objetivo de promover la inclusi\u00f3n financiera y facilitar el acceso al cr\u00e9dito para emprendedoras dominicanas.<\/p>\n

\u00abSe destinar\u00e1n US$100 millones para apoyar el financiamiento de las actividades productivas de las MIPYMES mediante operaciones de primer y segundo piso del BANDEX\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Herrera durante la presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Como parte del proyecto, tambi\u00e9n se contempla la creaci\u00f3n de un fondo de garant\u00edas parciales<\/strong>, que iniciar\u00eda con un capital base de US$5 millones<\/strong>. Este mecanismo emitir\u00e1 certificados para respaldar pr\u00e9stamos otorgados por entidades de intermediaci\u00f3n financiera a proyectos que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el especialista del BID, la propuesta mantiene coherencia con las pol\u00edticas impulsadas por el Banco Central para fortalecer una banca de desarrollo orientada a respaldar el sector exportador y dinamizar la actividad productiva.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, H\u00e9ctor Valdez Albizu<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que la iniciativa se alinea con la Estrategia Nacional de Inclusi\u00f3n Financiera 2022-2030<\/strong> y con el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2026-2029<\/strong> del Banco Central, orientado a promover el financiamiento productivo.<\/p>\n

\u00abEsta iniciativa fortalece las acciones de inclusi\u00f3n financiera que impulsa el Banco Central y permitir\u00e1 evaluar las adecuaciones regulatorias necesarias para su implementaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00ab, afirm\u00f3 el gobernador.<\/p>\n

Valdez Albizu adelant\u00f3 que las modificaciones regulatorias requeridas ser\u00e1n sometidas a consideraci\u00f3n de la Junta Monetaria<\/strong>, como parte del proceso para poner en marcha los nuevos instrumentos de financiamiento.<\/p>\n

En la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron la vicegobernadora Clarissa de la Rocha de Torres<\/strong>; el gerente Ervin Novas Bello<\/strong>; el subgerente de Pol\u00edticas Monetaria, Cambiaria y Financiera, Joel Tejeda<\/strong>; los subgerentes Ram\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, Joel Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> y Brenda Villanueva<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s del director de Regulaci\u00f3n y Estabilidad Financiera, Carlos Delgado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
