Con este reajuste focalizado de RD$3.00 y RD$2.00 pesos, la gasolina premium retorna a su precio base del 13 de junio, manteniendo el congelamiento preventivo de los \u00faltimos tres meses y la sostenibilidad del Plan Anti-Crisis.<\/p>\n

Santo Domingo, D.N. \u2013 7 de agosto de 2026. Como parte de la pol\u00edtica de Estado orientada a proteger la estabilidad financiera dominicana frente a la volatilidad internacional, el Gobierno dispuso un reajuste para mantener la operatividad del Plan Anti-Crisis y subsidia con RD$931.79 millones. Esta medida previene que la econom\u00eda nacional absorba el impacto directo del conflicto geopol\u00edtico entre Estados Unidos e Ir\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Para comprender el impacto de esta crisis en el mercado local, es necesario diferenciar entre el precio del petr\u00f3leo en su estado natural (crudo WTI), que en promedio ronda los 80 d\u00f3lares, y el costo del combustible ya procesado esta semana. El factor que actualmente encarece el mercado dominicano es el costo de refinaci\u00f3n, es decir, el margen comercial que cobran las refiner\u00edas en Estados Unidos por convertir ese crudo en combustible terminado. Este costo de procesamiento se ha incrementado en un 95% para la gasolina premium y en un 131% para el gasoil \u00f3ptimo desde el inicio del conflicto.  <\/p>\n

Esta brecha operativa conocida como \u201ccrack spread\u201d es la raz\u00f3n por la cual la gasolina que importamos mantiene una tendencia al alza, independientemente de si el precio del barril de crudo desciende. Al existir menos reservas globales, el costo de refinar y transportar el producto sube de manera inevitable. La absorci\u00f3n total de este margen internacional por parte del Estado comprometer\u00eda la sostenibilidad fiscal de la naci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

En consecuencia, para evitar aumentos sustanciales en los precios de venta al p\u00fablico, que en algunos casos sobrepasar\u00edan los 80 pesos y preservar el esquema de congelamiento general contemplado en el Plan Anti-Crisis, el Gobierno ha dispuesto la aplicaci\u00f3n de un reajuste de RD$3.00 a la gasolina premium y al gasoil \u00f3ptimo. De igual manera, se aplicar\u00e1 un reajuste de RD$2.00 a la gasolina regular y al gasoil regular. Tal como se establece al inicio de esta disposici\u00f3n, la gasolina premium, retorna los precios al umbral original de los RD$341.10 y la gasolina regular se mantiene por debajo del precio congelado. <\/p>\n

Esto garantiza la base macroecon\u00f3mica necesaria para que el Estado pueda mantener el Gas Licuado de Petr\u00f3leo (GLP) estrictamente congelado, resguardando de manera directa el poder adquisitivo de los hogares vulnerables. Con el establecimiento de este soporte financiero, el Estado consolida la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de m\u00e1s de RD$25,000 millones destinada a este fondo de estabilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Para la semana del 8 al 14 de agosto 2026, el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y MiPymes dispone que los combustibles se comercialicen a los siguientes precios:<\/p>\n

Gasolina Premium se vender\u00e1 a  RD$341.10 por gal\u00f3n        sube RD$3.00.<\/p>\n

Gasolina Regular                        RD$304.50 por gal\u00f3n        sube RD$2.00.<\/p>\n

Gasoil Regular                            RD$256.80 por gal\u00f3n        sube RD$2.00.<\/p>\n

Gasoil \u00d3ptimo                            RD$293.10 por gal\u00f3n         sube RD$3.00.<\/p>\n

Avtur                                         RD$281.50 por gal\u00f3n         baja RD$10.77.<\/p>\n

Kerosene                                    RD$319.50 por gal\u00f3n         baja RD$11.50.<\/p>\n

Fuel Oil #6                                 RD$158.18 por gal\u00f3n         baja RD$11.41.<\/p>\n

Fuel Oil 1%S                              RD$192.65 por gal\u00f3n         baja RD$7.12.<\/p>\n
