SANTO DOMINGO.- El senador por la provincia Monse\u00f1or Nouel, H\u00e9ctor Acosta, destac\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime del proyecto de ley de su autor\u00eda que declara a esta demarcaci\u00f3n provincia ecotur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n

Dijo que la iniciativa busca impulsar el desarrollo sostenible y aprovechamiento responsable de los recursos naturales de la zona.<\/p>\n

Valor\u00f3 el respaldo de sus colegas senadores y diputados y dijo que la nueva normativa actualiza el marco legal que hab\u00eda sido derogado en 2021, tras adecuarlo a las disposiciones vigentes y las observaciones realizadas por los ministerios de Turismo y de Medio Ambiente.<\/p>\n

INCENTIVOS FISCALES PARA EMPRESAS ECOTUR\u00cdSTICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Acosta explic\u00f3 que la ley contempla incentivos fiscales para las empresas ecotur\u00edsticas as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de un fondo de desarrollo de RD$20 millones anuales durante cuatro a\u00f1os, destinados a apoyar el inicio de proyectos tur\u00edsticos y la generaci\u00f3n de empleos a trav\u00e9s de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, establece la creaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Desarrollo Ecotur\u00edstico de la Provincia Monse\u00f1or Nouel, un \u00f3rgano con autonom\u00eda administrativa y t\u00e9cnica que tendr\u00e1 su sede en el municipio de Bonao y ser\u00e1 responsable de regular y promover el desarrollo ecotur\u00edstico de la provincia.<\/p>\n

El senador expres\u00f3 que esta aprobaci\u00f3n representa una oportunidad hist\u00f3rica para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y social de Monse\u00f1or Nouel, y manifest\u00f3 su confianza en que la iniciativa contribuir\u00e1 a mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes.<\/p>\n
