{"id":486624,"date":"2026-10-15T21:59:20","date_gmt":"2026-10-15T21:59:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pinceldigital.do\/?p=78525"},"modified":"2026-10-15T21:59:20","modified_gmt":"2026-10-15T21:59:20","slug":"anje-y-la-escuela-nacional-de-la-judicatura-impulsan-estudio-sobre-el-impacto-economico-de-la-justicia-en-el-pais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=486624","title":{"rendered":"ANJE Y LA ESCUELA NACIONAL DE LA JUDICATURA IMPULSAN ESTUDIO SOBRE EL IMPACTO ECON\u00d3MICO DE LA JUSTICIA EN EL PA\u00cdS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pinceldigital.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/b5dd2ca6-397c-48a7-b509-83b605727694.jpeg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 La Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura (ENJ) y la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de J\u00f3venes Empresarios (ANJE) avanzan en el desarrollo del estudio&nbsp;<em>\u201cAn\u00e1lisis Econ\u00f3mico de la Justicia: impacto sobre la inversi\u00f3n y el desarrollo en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana\u201d<\/em>, una iniciativa conjunta orientada a generar evidencia sobre la relaci\u00f3n entre el funcionamiento del sistema de justicia, la actividad econ\u00f3mica y el desarrollo del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta investigaci\u00f3n busca aportar informaci\u00f3n que permita comprender el impacto econ\u00f3mico de la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, identificar oportunidades de mejora y contribuir al fortalecimiento de la eficiencia, accesibilidad y oportunidad de los servicios judiciales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio parte del reconocimiento de que un sistema de justicia eficiente y confiable constituye un elemento fundamental para la seguridad jur\u00eddica, la confianza institucional, el clima de inversi\u00f3n y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico sostenible. En ese sentido, sus resultados permitir\u00e1n ampliar el conocimiento sobre los costos econ\u00f3micos asociados al funcionamiento de la justicia y aportar elementos para la toma de decisiones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualmente, la investigaci\u00f3n se encuentra en fase de revisi\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;Como&nbsp;parte de este proceso, el documento fue presentado al presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia y del Consejo del Poder Judicial, magistrado Henry Molina, con el prop\u00f3sito de continuar el proceso de an\u00e1lisis y verificaci\u00f3n de sus contenidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez concluida esta etapa, se prev\u00e9 desarrollar espacios de socializaci\u00f3n y di\u00e1logo con representantes de los sectores judicial, empresarial, acad\u00e9mico e institucional, a fin de enriquecer el an\u00e1lisis y promover una reflexi\u00f3n conjunta sobre las oportunidades para continuar fortaleciendo el sistema de justicia dominicano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dirigida por el economista Rolando M. Guzm\u00e1n con el acompa\u00f1amiento un equipo multidisciplinario integrado por la ENJ y ANJE.
