WASHINGTON.- El presidente estadounidense, Donald Trump, declar\u00f3 este lunes que no es una prioridad la convocatoria de elecciones en Venezuela y dijo que su gobierno trabaja para  devolver \u00abla salud\u00bb a este pa\u00eds sudamericano.<\/p>\n

Declar\u00f3 que presidenta encargada del pa\u00eds, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, est\u00e1 \u00abcooperando\u00bb con las autoridades norteamericanas, tras el ataque militar que captur\u00f3 al ya depuesto mandatario Nicol\u00e1s Maduro el pasado s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n

\u00abPrimero tenemos que arreglar el pa\u00eds. No se pueden celebrar elecciones. No hay forma de que la gente pueda votar\u00bb, dijo Trump en una entrevista telef\u00f3nica con NBC News.<\/p>\n

Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 acerca de la posibilidad de comicios en el plazo de un mes, respondi\u00f3: \u00abNo, llevar\u00e1 un tiempo. Tenemos que ayudar al pa\u00eds a recuperarse\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00abENCARGADOS DE COORDINAR LA TRANSICI\u00d3N\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan ha proclamado el mandatario, EE.UU est\u00e1 \u00aba cargo\u00bb de Venezuela y  los encargados de coordinar la transici\u00f3n son el vicepresidente JD Vance,  los secretarios de Estado y Guerra (Marco Rubio y Pete Hegseth, respectivamente); el asesor en temas de seguridad y migraci\u00f3n, Stephen Miller.<\/p>\n

Ante la pregunta de qui\u00e9n ser\u00e1 el principal responsable de tomar decisiones sobre Venezuela,  se limit\u00f3 a decir que ser\u00e1 \u00e9l mismo (Trump) quien tendr\u00e1  la \u00faltima palabra.<\/p>\n

SOBRE LA PRESIDENTA ENCARGADA <\/strong><\/p>\n

En ausencia de Maduro, Rodr\u00edguez jur\u00f3 este lunes su cargo como presidenta encargada en la Asamblea Nacional (AN, Parlamento), durante la inauguraci\u00f3n de un nuevo periodo legislativo dominado por el oficialismo.  Sobre ella Trump expres\u00f3: \u00abTengo la sensaci\u00f3n de que est\u00e1 cooperando. Necesitan ayuda. Y tengo la sensaci\u00f3n de que (Rodr\u00edguez) ama a su pa\u00eds y quiere que su pa\u00eds sobreviva\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Aclar\u00f3 que Washington no contact\u00f3 con ella antes de la operaci\u00f3n militar del s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n

En una entrevista con la cadena CNN, el asesor presidencial Stephen Miller ha asegurado que Venezuela \u00abha enviado mensajes\u00bb al secretario de Estado, Marco Rubio, para \u00abdejar claro\u00bb que cumplir\u00e1n \u00ablos t\u00e9rminos, las demandas y los requisitos de Estados Unidos\u00bb.<\/p>\n
