dominicanos<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>SANTO DOMINGO.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 La Fundaci\u00f3n Sabores Dominicanos (FSD) anunci\u00f3 la celebraci\u00f3n de la 12.\u00aa edici\u00f3n del Foro Gastron\u00f3mico Dominicano, que se realizar\u00e1 el s\u00e1bado 14 de marzo de 2026, de 8:00 de la ma\u00f1ana a 5:00 de la tarde, en la Biblioteca Nacional Pedro Henr\u00edquez Ure\u00f1a, bajo el lema&nbsp;<em>\u201cHabilidades blandas: ingredientes esenciales para una experiencia gastron\u00f3mica\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La informaci\u00f3n fue ofrecida por los directivos de la Fundaci\u00f3n Sabores Dominicanos, Bol\u00edvar Troncoso Morales, Luis Marino L\u00f3pez y Juan Febles, durante un encuentro con el equipo coordinador del foro, integrado por directores y docentes de escuelas y universidades de Turismo y Hosteler\u00eda, celebrado en el Restaurante El Hig\u00fcero, en la ciudad de Santo Domingo.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el encuentro se dieron a conocer los principales ejes conceptuales del foro, que este a\u00f1o estar\u00e1 enfocado en el fortalecimiento de las habilidades blandas como componentes esenciales para elevar la calidad del servicio, optimizar el trabajo en equipo y generar experiencias gastron\u00f3micas memorables y diferenciadas.<\/p>\n<p>El Foro tiene como objetivo fomentar el desarrollo integral de competencias entre los profesionales, tales como la comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva, la empat\u00eda, el liderazgo efectivo, la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, el aprendizaje activo y la adaptabilidad, reconoci\u00e9ndose como pilares clave para la sostenibilidad, competitividad y proyecci\u00f3n internacional del sistema gastron\u00f3mico dominicano.<\/p>\n<p>La edici\u00f3n 2026 contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de tres destacados expertos internacionales en el entrenamiento de las habilidades blandas en el \u00e1mbito gastron\u00f3mico, entendidas como el conjunto de competencias personales, sociales y emocionales que permiten a los profesionales del sector trabajar mejor en equipo, ofrecer un servicio de calidad y adaptarse a entornos de alta presi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del dominio t\u00e9cnico de la cocina.<\/p>\n<p>El programa incluir\u00e1 tres talleres simult\u00e1neos, dise\u00f1ados para el trabajo pr\u00e1ctico de distintas habilidades blandas, dirigidos a profesionales del sector gastron\u00f3mico, hotelero y tur\u00edstico, empresarios, gestores de restaurantes y hoteles, funcionarios p\u00fablicos, investigadores, chefs, cocineros, bartenders, docentes y estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los que tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes en el anuncio del foro figuran el chef Wandy Robles y Reynado Mart\u00ednez, de la FSD, as\u00ed como representantes de distintas universidades del pa\u00eds: por UNAPEC, Mar\u00eda Luisa Mont\u00e1s y Luis de la Nuez; por la PUCMM, Ina Percibal; por la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Nordestana (UCN), Andry Alvarado Vargas; de la UASD, Dorka Alc\u00e1ntara; por la UCSD, Rousana Urraca; por UTESA, Roberto Llubees; y de la UNPHU, Ana Mar\u00eda Aguasvivas.<\/p>\n<p>El tradicional encuentro cuenta con el respaldo de chefs, restauranteros, expertos del sector, acad\u00e9micos, periodistas y autoridades vinculadas al turismo y la gastronom\u00eda, as\u00ed como de los miembros del Cap\u00edtulo Dominicano de la Confederaci\u00f3n Panamericana de Escuelas de Hoteler\u00eda, Gastronom\u00eda y Turismo (CONPEHT), resaltando la importancia de la articulaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada para el fortalecimiento del
