Son seres humanos, con nombres, historias y familias que sufren a diario. Exigimos respeto al dolor de las v\u00edctimas\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>EN RESPUESTA A DELCY RODRIGUEZ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El pronunciamiento del CLIPP respondi\u00f3 a las declaraciones de la presidenta encargada Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, quien asegur\u00f3 que en el pa\u00eds se han excarcelado hasta la fecha 406 personas consideradas como presos pol\u00edticos por la ONG. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n, la cifra anunciada por Rodr\u00edguez \u201cno resiste ni la sumatoria de los propios datos oficiales publicados desde el 25 de diciembre de 2025\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El CLIPP cit\u00f3 datos del Ministerio para el Servicio Penitenciario, que report\u00f3 99 excarcelaciones el 25 de diciembre, 88 en A\u00f1o Nuevo y 116 el lunes pasado, pero no public\u00f3 un listado de los beneficiados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PIDE INFORMACION TRANSPARENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">La ONG reclam\u00f3 al Estado que garantice \u201cinformaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, veraz y transparente\u201d, as\u00ed como la publicaci\u00f3n de una \u201clista completa de las personas privadas de libertad por motivos pol\u00edticos\u201d, con la identificaci\u00f3n de quienes han sido excarceladas, la fecha, el centro de reclusi\u00f3n, las condiciones de liberaci\u00f3n y el estatus jur\u00eddico actualizado de cada caso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El CLIPP sostuvo que en Venezuela \u201cm\u00e1s de mil personas han sido detenidas arbitrariamente, sin debido proceso y sometidas a torturas y tratos crueles, inhumanos y degradantes\u201d, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201clo que corresponde es hacer justicia, liber\u00e1ndolas a todas de forma inmediata, plena e incondicional, y anulando las causas por ser manifiestamente espurias\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">La ONG Foro Penal inform\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles que verific\u00f3 la excarcelaci\u00f3n de 84 presos pol\u00edticos desde el jueves pasado, tras el anuncio oficial del r\u00e9gimen de la liberaci\u00f3n de un \u201cn\u00famero importante\u201d de detenidos en Venezuela, d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del operativo de Estados Unidos que culmin\u00f3 con la captura del ex dictador Nicol\u00e1s Maduro y su esposa, Cilia Flores.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"heateor_sss_sharing_container heateor_sss_horizontal_sharing\" data-heateor-sss-href=\"https:\/\/almomento.net\/rechazan-uso-excarcelaciones-como-propaganda-en-venezuela\/\" readability=\"7\">\n<p>Comp\u00e1rtelo en tus redes:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p> <!-- 468x60 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3511341636159665\" data-ad-slot=\"3538255450\"><\/ins> <!-- .entry-content --> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CARACAS.- El Comit\u00e9 por la Libertad de&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7158,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[69],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7157","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-portada"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
