Los establecimientos, junto a dos mercados de la capital, acoger\u00e1n la programaci\u00f3n que busca consolidar la presencia de la cocina dominicana en la capital de Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">La \u00abRuta Gastron\u00f3mica de Cuatro Caminos\u00bb se realizar\u00e1 el domingo 18 de enero a las 17:00 horas en el distrito de Tetu\u00e1n. Los participantes iniciar\u00e1n el recorrido en La Esquina Caribe\u00f1a (Calle de Almansa, 14), donde degustar\u00e1n la especialidad de la casa antes de continuar hacia los siguientes establecimientos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El recorrido incluye Restaurante La Cibae\u00f1a (Calle de Carnicer, 4), Aroma Latino (Calle de las Carolinas, 8), T\u00edo Ronnys Restaurante (Calle de San Enrique, 2), Bar Restaurante Caribe (Calle de Pamplona, 35) y Caribian Global (Calle Alvarado, 13). En cada parada, los asistentes podr\u00e1n disfrutar de las especialidades culinarias que distinguen a cada establecimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">La Ruta Gastron\u00f3mica de Legazpi tendr\u00e1 lugar el martes 20 de enero a las 17:00 horas en el distrito de Arganzuela. El punto de partida ser\u00e1 D\u2019Danny Bar Restaurante (Calle de Manuel Aleixandre, 4), desde donde los participantes visitar\u00e1n 809 Bar Restaurante (Paseo de la Chopera, 57), Restaurante Kukaramakara (Calle San Evaristo, 3) y Malabella Gastrobar (Calle de Jaime el Conquistador, 19).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Cada ruta permitir\u00e1 a los asistentes conocer la diversidad de la gastronom\u00eda dominicana a trav\u00e9s de degustaciones en cada restaurante, donde los propietarios presentar\u00e1n sus platos m\u00e1s representativos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El Mercado Escuela San Crist\u00f3bal (Calle Conde de Torralba, 11) acoger\u00e1 la presentaci\u00f3n oficial ante medios el s\u00e1bado 17 de enero a las 12:30 horas y la Gala Empresarial el lunes 19 de enero a las 19:30 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El festival est\u00e1 co-organizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresarios Hispano-Dominicanos Foro DoMadrid.
