SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORIS.- Los Toros del Este vencieron a un disputado partido 6-5 a los Gigantes del Cibao, asegurando un empate en el \u00faltimo puesto clasificatorio a la gran final del b\u00e9isbol profesional dominicano.<\/p>\n

Con su triunfo, los Toros lograron despegarse a un juego de las Aguilas,  que este s\u00e1bado no pudieron ver acci\u00f3n al suspenderse por lluvias el partido con los Leones.<\/p>\n

El lanzador ganador fue el relevista Jean C. Mej\u00eda, perdi\u00f3 el serpentinero Cristopher Molina y juego salvado para el importado  Joe Colbert.<\/p>\n

El juego suspendido entre Leones y \u00c1guilas se jugar\u00e1 este domingo. De perder los cibae\u00f1os, los romanenses avanzan pero en caso contrario tendr\u00e1 que jugar un partido de desempate.<\/p>\n

Los mejores al bate por los Toros fueron Sergio Alc\u00e1ntara dos dobletes y un imparable, Onix Vega doble y sencillo, Eric Filia, Eloy Jim\u00e9nez y Jeimer Candelario un tubey cada uno, Yairo Mu\u00f1oz dos imparables y Bryan de la Cruz un sencillo.<\/p>\n

Por los Gigantes del Cibao los mejores al bate fueron Jorge Bonifacio y David Ba\u00f1uelos un cuadrangular cada uno, Ricardo C\u00e9spedes triple y sencillo, Marcos Hern\u00e1ndez doble y un incogible, Julio Carreras un tubey, y Deivi Mu\u00f1oz y Kelvin Guti\u00e9rrez un hit per c\u00e1pita.<\/p>\n
