Hazim Albainy, exdirector del SeNaSa y supuesto cabecilla del entramado de corrupci\u00f3n; junto a Gustavo Enrique Messina Cruz, Francisco Iv\u00e1n Minaya P\u00e9rez, Germ\u00e1n Rafael Robles Qui\u00f1ones, Rafael Luis Mart\u00ednez Hazim.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n Ada Ledesma Ubiera y Ram\u00f3n Alan Speakler Mateo, quienes apelaron los 18 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva impuestos el pasado diciembre por el juez de la Atenci\u00f3n Permanente Rigobertno Sena Ferreras.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, son procesados Cinty Acosta Senci\u00f3n, Heidi Mariela Pineda Perdomo y Eduardo Read Estrella, quienes cumplen arresto domiciliario. El juez Sena Ferreras impuso a los tres, asimismo, presentar garant\u00edas econ\u00f3micas e impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Los imputados afectaron al SeNaSa y a sus m\u00e1s de 7 millones de afiliados con al menos 15 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCESO CONTINUARA EL 3 DE FEBRERO A LAS 9:00 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Camacho habl\u00f3 al salir de la audiencia celebrada por los jueces Isis Mu\u00f1oz, Te\u00f3filo And\u00fajar y Luis Omar Jim\u00e9nez, de la Segunda Sala Penal de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n, quienes aplazaron el proceso para el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de febrero, a las 9:00 de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo hay razones, en t\u00e9rminos jur\u00eddicos, como para que la decisi\u00f3n que fue emitida por el Tribunal de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente sea variada.
