{"id":7892,"date":"2026-01-22T05:14:41","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T05:14:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almomento.net\/?p=1093607"},"modified":"2026-01-22T05:14:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T05:14:41","slug":"eu-dominicano-entre-peores-pandilleros-arrestados-primer-ano-de-trump","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=7892","title":{"rendered":"EU: Dominicano entre peores pandilleros arrestados primer a\u00f1o de Trump"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- .entry-header --> <\/p>\n<div class=\"img_center\" readability=\"7\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/almomento.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Untitled-22.jpg\" alt=\"EU: Dominicano entre peores pandilleros arrestados primer a\u00f1o de Trump\" title=\"EU: Dominicano entre peores pandilleros arrestados primer a\u00f1o de Trump\" data-toggle=\"lightbox\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/almomento.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Untitled-22.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"imagen\" title=\"EU: Dominicano entre peores pandilleros arrestados primer a\u00f1o de Trump\" data-toggle data-title=\"EU: Dominicano entre peores pandilleros arrestados primer a\u00f1o de Trump\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Carlos Yuniol Pimentel Ortiz<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">BOSTON.- Un dominicano figura entre los m\u00e1s de 7,000 pandilleros considerados \u00ablo peor de lo peor\u00bb arrestados durante el primer a\u00f1o del segundo mandato del presidente Donald Trump, seg\u00fan confirm\u00f3 el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DHS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Carlos Yuniol Pimentel Ortiz, de 38 a\u00f1os, fue arrestado y posteriormente sentenciado en un tribunal federal de Boston por violaciones migratorias y antecedentes criminales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Pimentel Ortiz fue deportado en noviembre de 2023, luego de haber sido condenado por agresi\u00f3n con arma peligrosa, porte ilegal de arma de fuego, tr\u00e1fico de drogas y venta de hero\u00edna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Pese a su expulsi\u00f3n, reingres\u00f3 ilegalmente a Estados Unidos sin autorizaci\u00f3n y fue localizado en marzo de 2025, durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de una orden federal de registro por drogas en un inmueble de Boston, donde se confirm\u00f3 su estatus migratorio irregular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">El arresto de Pimentel Ortiz se enmarca dentro de la estrategia de seguridad impulsada por el presidente Trump y la secretaria de Seguridad Nacional, Kristi Noem, bajo la cual el Servicio de Inmigraci\u00f3n y Control de Aduanas (ICE) inform\u00f3 haber detenido a m\u00e1s de 7,000 pandilleros, muchos de ellos con historial de homicidios, agresiones, robos y otros delitos violentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">\u00abCuando decimos que nos centramos en los peores de los peores, es exactamente a lo que nos referimos.
