{"id":7918,"date":"2026-01-22T06:13:22","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T06:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almomento.net\/?p=1093767"},"modified":"2026-01-22T06:13:22","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T06:13:22","slug":"abogado-dice-el-cod-no-puede-tocar-fondos-de-federaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=7918","title":{"rendered":"Abogado dice el COD no puede tocar fondos de federaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMINGO.\u2013 El Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Dominicano (COD) carece totalmente de autoridad legal para disponer, redistribuir o entregar los recursos econ\u00f3micos correspondientes a las federaciones de Esgrima, Pentatl\u00f3n Moderno, Surfing y Tiro, mucho menos a comisiones improvisadas o a supuestos entrenadores nacionales. As\u00ed lo afirm\u00f3 de manera categ\u00f3rica el reputado abogado Ronald Santana.<\/p>\n<p>La contundente advertencia fue ofrecida por el jurista en respuesta a denuncias sobre el uso irregular de fondos destinados al desarrollo de varias disciplinas deportivas, una pr\u00e1ctica que calific\u00f3 como ilegal y peligrosa.<\/p>\n<p>Santana fue enf\u00e1tico al se\u00f1alar que \u201clos recursos destinados para las federaciones de esgrima, pentatl\u00f3n, tiro y surfing solo pueden ser manejados por sus respectivos comit\u00e9s ejecutivos, los cuales est\u00e1n debidamente registrados en las actas de asamblea que reposan en las instituciones oficiales\u201d, dejando claro que no existe margen para interpretaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El abogado sostuvo que cualquier persona o entidad que administre o utilice esos fondos sin respaldo legal incurre en una violaci\u00f3n directa a la ley dominicana. \u201cNadie puede erigirse por encima de la normativa ni apropiarse de recursos que no le corresponden\u201d, advirti\u00f3 con firmeza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre las comisiones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, lanz\u00f3 un severo llamado a los integrantes de las distintas comisiones y a los llamados \u201cvivos\u201d que se autodenominan \u201centrenadores nacionales\u201d, para que se abstengan de tocar un solo centavo de esos recursos, advirtiendo que podr\u00edan enfrentar procesos judiciales sin contemplaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Exhort\u00f3 a los miembros de comisiones, tanto civiles como militares, juramentados por el presidente del COD, Garibaldy Bautista, a actuar con apego estricto a la ley y a respetar la autonom\u00eda de las federaciones, dejando claro que cualquier desviaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda terminar en los tribunales de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMINGO.\u2013 El Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Dominicano (COD)&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7918","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-deportes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
