{"id":8176,"date":"2026-01-24T13:33:19","date_gmt":"2026-01-24T13:33:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almomento.net\/?p=1094215"},"modified":"2026-01-24T13:33:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T13:33:19","slug":"mujeres-denunciaron-a-iglesias-seguiran-luchando-por-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=8176","title":{"rendered":"Mujeres denunciaron a Iglesias seguir\u00e1n luchando por justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- .entry-header --> <\/p>\n<div class=\"img_center\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/almomento.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Julio-Iglesias-2.jpg\" alt=\"Mujeres denunciaron a Iglesias seguir\u00e1n luchando por justicia\" title=\"Mujeres denunciaron a Iglesias seguir\u00e1n luchando por justicia\" data-toggle=\"lightbox\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/almomento.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Julio-Iglesias-2.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"imagen\" title=\"Mujeres denunciaron a Iglesias seguir\u00e1n luchando por justicia\" data-toggle data-title=\"Mujeres denunciaron a Iglesias seguir\u00e1n luchando por justicia\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Julio Iglesias.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"px-md-0 px-2\">Madrid, 24 ene.- Las organizaciones Women\u2019s Link y Amnist\u00eda Internacional, que asesoran a las exempleadas de Julio Iglesias que lo denunciaron por acoso y agresi\u00f3n sexual anuncian que las dos mujeres \u00abseguir\u00e1n luchando por justicia y acudir\u00e1n a las v\u00edas legales disponibles\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas organizaciones publicaron un comunicado en el que critican la decisi\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de la Audiencia Nacional de Espa\u00f1a de archivar la investigaci\u00f3n abierta a ra\u00edz de una denuncia de dos exempleadas contra el cantante por presunto acoso y agresi\u00f3n sexual en 2021 en <strong>Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong> y Bahamas, ante la \u00abfalta de jurisdicci\u00f3n\u00bb y competencia de los tribunales espa\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-xl-8 col-md-8 .col-sm-11 col-xs-12 detalleALL\" readability=\"19\">\n<p><strong>NO SE DAN REQUISITOS EXIGIDOS POR LEY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El ministerio p\u00fablico dict\u00f3 un decreto en el que concluye que no se dan los requisitos exigidos por la ley para que la Justicia espa\u00f1ola pueda investigar la denuncia sobre trata de seres humanos con fines de imposici\u00f3n de trabajo forzado y servidumbre, agresi\u00f3n sexual, lesiones y delito contra los derechos de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Para las organizaciones que respaldan a las denunciantes, la decisi\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda es \u00ablamentable\u00bb porque \u00abpierde la oportunidad de investigar los hechos y considerar toda la evidencia que <strong>Rebeca y Laura<\/strong> incluyeron en su denuncia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>NO SE REALIZO ANALISIS DE FONDO<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id class=\"d-flex flex-column flex-md-row no-gutters\" readability=\"12.5\">\n<div class=\"col-xl-8 col-md-8 .col-sm-11 col-xs-12 detalleALL\" readability=\"20\">\n<p class=\"p-4 m-0 BOX-light \">Opinan que \u00abno ha existido un an\u00e1lisis de fondo sobre la culpabilidad o no del denunciado, por lo que las denunciantes podr\u00edan reproducir su denuncia ante los \u00f3rganos judiciales pertinentes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p-4 m-0 BOX-light \">Women\u2019s Link y Amnist\u00eda Internacional subrayan que el Convenio de Varsovia y el Convenio de Estambul \u00abobligan a los Estados a investigar violaciones de derechos humanos cuando el presunto autor es nacional del pa\u00eds, incluso si los hechos ocurrieron fuera del territorio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abRebeca y Laura han pedido que se respete su privacidad mientras determinan sus pr\u00f3ximos pasos legales. Temen por posibles represalias.
