SANTO DOMINGO.- La asamblea general ordinaria del Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Dominicano (COD) aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el informe del presidente del organismo, ingeniero Garibaldy Bautista, en el encuentro celebrado en el sal\u00f3n Juan Ulises Garc\u00eda Saleta.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, los asamble\u00edstas dieron el visto bueno al informe financiero no auditado del tesorero del COD, licenciado Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mera, quien solicit\u00f3 una adenda de tres meses para presentar dicho informe.<\/p>\n
La asamblea aprob\u00f3 la solicitud del tesorero Mera, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en tres meses ser\u00e1 presentado el informe econ\u00f3mico debidamente auditado en una asamblea extraordinaria, seg\u00fan establecen los estatutos.<\/p>\n
La dispensa solicitada a la asamblea tuvo como motivaci\u00f3n para que la compa\u00f1\u00eda auditora Montero y Asociados concluyera su trabajo, lo cual fue aprobada por los asamble\u00edstas.<\/p>\n
Como parte de los puntos de agenda, tambi\u00e9n fue ratificado el comisario de cuentas, Eugenio P\u00e9rez, quien deber\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n dar el visto bueno al informe financiero.<\/p>\n
Mientras, el titular del COD, Garibaldy Bautista, hizo una presentaci\u00f3n de las actividades realizadas por el organismo que dirige durante el a\u00f1o 2025, recibiendo el visto bueno de los asamble\u00edstas.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, Bautista destac\u00f3 la consecuci\u00f3n como pa\u00eds para ser la sede de la Asamblea del Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Internacional en 2027.<\/p>\n
La convocatoria estuvo sustentada en el art\u00edculo 24-A-1 de los estatutos del COD y del reglamento de la Ley 122\/05.<\/p>\n
La asamblea general ordinaria del COD tuvo una agenda que incluy\u00f3 el registro de delegados y comprobaci\u00f3n del qu\u00f3rum, informe del presidente del COD correspondiente al 2025, informe financiero enero\/diciembre del 2025, a cargo del tesorero Jos\u00e9 Mera, adem\u00e1s de la ratificaci\u00f3n del comisario de cuenta.<\/p>\n
Tras el cierre de la asamblea se llev\u00f3 a cabo una degustaci\u00f3n de habichuelas con dulce en ocasi\u00f3n de la celebraci\u00f3n de la Semana Mayor.<\/p>\n
