Molina<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">SANTO DOMINGO.- El presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (SCJ), Luis Henry Molina, inst\u00f3 a los&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">empresarios a confiar&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Asegur\u00f3 que en el pa\u00eds \u00abhay reglas claras, jueces independientes y un Estado de derecho que funciona\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Afirm\u00f3 que los jueces dominicanos no obedecen a partidos pol\u00edticos, ni a oficinas de abogados y que act\u00faan solo bajo el imperio de la ley y la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Explic\u00f3 que por esa raz\u00f3n, mientras el 68 % de los pa\u00edses evaluados por el World Justice Project (WJP) retrocedieron en Estado de derecho, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana avanz\u00f3 11 puestos en el 2025 y 20 posiciones desde el 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">No obstante, dijo que el Poder Judicial dominicano tiene desaf\u00edos y uno de ellos es erradicar totalmente los \u00ablitigios eternos\u00bb, que, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3, est\u00e1n dejando de ser la norma. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Subray\u00f3 que ese es el objetivo, una justicia que opere con la misma agilidad de los negocios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">\u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 queremos nosotros?, que ning\u00fan caso, ese es el objetivo que tenemos, desde que inicia en el primer nivel hasta que termine dure m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o porque eso es lo que quiere la econom\u00eda dominicana, que su justicia sea cre\u00edble, confiable y previsible\u00bb, dijo Molina en el primer almuerzo de este a\u00f1o de la C\u00e1mara Americana del Comercio de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana ((Amchamrd), donde fungi\u00f3 como orador principal.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Insisti\u00f3 en que las empresa necesitan seguridad para invertir y que la justicia es el \u00abescudo que protege\u00bb y garantiza la confianza de los inversionistas.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"heateor_sss_sharing_container
