xkrh14z\">SANTO DOMINGO<\/span><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">.- El Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana (BCRD) inform\u00f3 este domingo que, seg\u00fan cifras preliminares, la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa (IED) alcanz\u00f3 los 5,032.3 millones de d\u00f3lares estadounidenses al cierre de 2025, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento de 509.1 millones, un 11.3 % m\u00e1s, que en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Por sectores, la mitad de los ingresos de la IED se dirigieron a los sectores de turismo (26.3 %) y energ\u00eda (23.8 %).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">En esa inversi\u00f3n, el BRCD destac\u00f3 que el sector energ\u00e9tico ampli\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n dentro de la IED en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, pasando de representar un 9.2 % de su total en 2019 a dicho 23.8 % al cierre de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Asimismo, otro sector \u00abrelevante\u00bb para la IED ha sido el inmobiliario, cuyo crecimiento est\u00e1 \u00abestrechamente relacionado con el impulso del turismo en el pa\u00eds\u00bb, destac\u00f3 el Banco Central.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Adem\u00e1s, la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa en Bienes Ra\u00edces represent\u00f3 un 15.7 % del total, la comercial un 10.5 % y las zonas francas un 8.7 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">La instituci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que adem\u00e1s del aumento de los flujos de la IED (11.3 %) y de remesas (10.3 %) \u00ablas dem\u00e1s variables del sector externo tambi\u00e9n presentaron un desempe\u00f1o favorable durante el a\u00f1o 2025\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">En este sentido, las exportaciones totales alcanzaron los 15,930.6 millones de d\u00f3lares, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento de un 14.4 % respecto a 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Las exportaciones por parte de las zonas francas lograron la cifra de 8,548.6 millones de d\u00f3lares, aumentando un 0.6 % de manera interanual; mientras, destacaron las exportaciones de oro, la cuales alcanzaron los 2,413.2 millones de d\u00f3lares, unos 913.3 millones adicionales (60.9 %) con relaci\u00f3n a 2024, impulsadas por mejoras en la producci\u00f3n y por los niveles hist\u00f3ricos de precios que registra el mineral en los mercados internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Asimismo, el BCRD resalt\u00f3 que los ingresos por turismo para el cierre del 2025 sumaron 11,318.5 millones de d\u00f3lares, unos 346.1 millones (3.2 %) por encima de los ingresos de 2024. \u00abEste resultado se debi\u00f3 principalmente al aumento en las llegadas de visitantes durante el a\u00f1o 2025, que alcanzaron los 11.6 millones\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Banco Central.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z\">Por otro lado, seg\u00fan estas cifras preliminares, los ingresos de divisas generados por concepto de IED, remesas, turismo, exportaciones de bienes y de otros servicios superaron los 47,300 millones de d\u00f3lares en 2025, lo que implica un aumento de unos 3,400 millones respecto al 2024, \u00ablo que contribuye con la estabilidad relativa del tipo de cambio\u00bb. <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"heateor_sss_sharing_container heateor_sss_horizontal_sharing\"
