{"id":93907,"date":"2026-03-30T19:38:30","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T19:38:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/visitantes.do\/?p=41792"},"modified":"2026-03-30T19:38:30","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T19:38:30","slug":"gobierno-emite-decreto-para-construccion-de-aeropuerto-privado-en-montecristi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/?p=93907","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno emite decreto para construcci\u00f3n de aeropuerto privado en Montecristi"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sarmiento24h.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gobierno-emite-decreto-para-construccion-de-aeropuerto-privado-en-montecristi.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>El Poder Ejecutivo emiti\u00f3 el&nbsp;<strong>Decreto 146-26<\/strong>&nbsp;mediante el cual se aprueba el establecimiento del&nbsp;<strong>Aeropuerto Internacional de Montecristi<\/strong>, una infraestructura de car\u00e1cter privado y comercial destinada a operaciones a\u00e9reas internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n, firmada por el presidente&nbsp;<strong>Luis Abinader<\/strong>, forma parte de la estrategia estatal para fortalecer la&nbsp;<strong>conectividad<\/strong>, impulsar el&nbsp;<strong>turismo<\/strong>&nbsp;y dinamizar la econom\u00eda en la regi\u00f3n noroeste del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La terminal aeroportuaria estar\u00e1 ubicada en el&nbsp;<strong>municipio de Montecristi<\/strong>&nbsp;y ser\u00e1 habilitada como punto de entrada y salida del territorio nacional, con capacidad para realizar todos los controles migratorios, aduanales, sanitarios y de seguridad exigidos por la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto es promovido por la empresa&nbsp;<strong>Aeropuerto Internacional de Montecristi AIMC, S. A.<\/strong>, que hab\u00eda solicitado previamente la autorizaci\u00f3n ante el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Dominicano de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (IDAC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisitos legales y supervisi\u00f3n estatal para el proyecto<\/h2>\n<p>El decreto precisa que la&nbsp;<strong>aprobaci\u00f3n presidencial<\/strong>&nbsp;tiene un car\u00e1cter preliminar y no sustituye los procesos t\u00e9cnicos ni regulatorios que corresponden a las&nbsp;<strong>autoridades competentes<\/strong>. En ese sentido, el&nbsp;<strong>IDAC<\/strong>&nbsp;ser\u00e1 responsable de establecer las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de autorizar y supervisar la construcci\u00f3n y funcionamiento del aeropuerto.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto estar\u00e1 condicionada al cumplimiento de todos los requisitos legales, incluyendo&nbsp;<strong>permisos ambientales<\/strong>, licencias de construcci\u00f3n y certificaciones de seguridad aeroportuaria. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n intervenir instituciones como el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Medio Ambiente<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>CESAC<\/strong>&nbsp;y autoridades municipales.<\/p>\n<p>El decreto destaca el valor estrat\u00e9gico de&nbsp;<strong>Montecristi<\/strong>, declarada&nbsp;<strong>zona tur\u00edstica<\/strong>&nbsp;desde 1984 y provincia ecotur\u00edstica en 2024, as\u00ed como su inclusi\u00f3n en la&nbsp;<strong>Zona Especial de Desarrollo Integral Fronterizo<\/strong>.
