Billboard Women in Music<\/a> is returning in 2026, featuring one of the most beloved women in music today as host and performer: Keke Palmer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As announced Thursday (Feb. 5), the Emmy-winning singer, actress and podcaster is locked in to helm the awards<\/a> show on April 29, helping celebrate another year of women\u2019s excellence in music. Featuring the presentation of awards and performances, the event will take place at The Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\u201cWomen in Music is about recognizing success and possibility,\u201d Leila Cobo, Billboard<\/em>\u2018s co-chief editorial officer, said in a statement. \u201cWe\u2019re proud to shine a spotlight on women who are not only making great music, but also transforming the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to hosting the ceremony, Palmer will also be one of the night\u2019s performers. Her album Just Keke <\/em>dropped in June. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis year\u2019s honorees have bold vision, global influence and artistic excellence across genres \u2014 and we\u2019re especially thrilled to have Keke Palmer as our host,\u201d added Dana Droppo, Billboard<\/em>\u2018s chief brand officer. \u201cKeke embodies the spirit of Women in Music: fearless, multifaceted and deeply respected across entertainment and culture. She brings a vivacious energy, sharp perspective, and lovable authenticity that will make this year\u2019s show truly special.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 2026 honorees have not yet been announced, but award recipients \u2014 including the coveted Woman of the Year prize \u2014 will be unveiled in the coming weeks. Tickets to the event and tables will be available for purchase. <\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s Women in Music <\/a>saw Doechii take home Woman of the Year, while Gracie Abrams, JENNIE of BLACKPINK, aespa, Megan Moroney and more stars accepted various awards. Over the years, the event has recognized everyone from Taylor Swift to Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, SZA, Charli xcx, Rosal\u00eda, Doja Cat and more powerhouse women musicians.<\/p>\n
