Desde el inicio, el proceso transcurri\u00f3 con orden: registro, validaci\u00f3n de qu\u00f3rum y aprobaci\u00f3n de la agenda, conducida por el secretario, Rom\u00e1n Medina Dipl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En su intervenci\u00f3n, Heinsen repas\u00f3 los resultados del per\u00edodo 2024\u20132025, poniendo \u00e9nfasis en la articulaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada<\/strong> y en el posicionamiento del destino en mercados internacionales. Habl\u00f3 de ferias, misiones comerciales y viajes de familiarizaci\u00f3n que, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, han permitido mantener a Puerto Plata en el radar de turoperadores y l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas.<\/p>\n<p>El componente comunicacional tambi\u00e9n tuvo su espacio. Anny Mariel G\u00f3mez present\u00f3 el balance de la estrategia de difusi\u00f3n, destacando mayor visibilidad del destino en plataformas digitales y medios especializados. A esto se sumaron los aportes del equipo legal, encabezado por Medina Dipl\u00e1n y Juan Yamil Musa, en temas regulatorios y de gobernanza interna.<\/p>\n<p>En el plano financiero, la asamblea conoci\u00f3 y aprob\u00f3 los estados correspondientes al \u00faltimo per\u00edodo, expuestos por Daysi Guzm\u00e1n. Los informes fueron validados por el auditor externo Eduard Mart\u00ednez Santana y el revisor fiscal Roberto Rom\u00e1n, sin objeciones relevantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Como parte de las decisiones, se design\u00f3 a Sixto Peralta como nuevo revisor fiscal para los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La directiva reelecta estar\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada por representantes de entidades clave del ecosistema tur\u00edstico y empresarial, incluyendo a Anthony Gonz\u00e1lez como vicepresidente, Valeria Bed\u00edn como segunda vicepresidenta y Anidelfi Rolffot en la tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo per\u00edodo arranca con un objetivo claro: consolidar a Puerto Plata como destino competitivo en el Caribe, sin perder de vista la sostenibilidad.
