As he tears through North American venues, Liverpudlian rapper EsDeeKid<\/a> has dropped the new single \u201cOmens.\u201d<\/p>\n

The anonymous rapper \u2013 once rumoured<\/a> to be Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet \u2013 is currently on his debut headline tour through the U.S. and Canada. On Friday (Feb. 6), he will headline the Bowery Ballroom in New York City, before hopping across town to Elsewhere (Feb. 7) and then hitting L.A.\u2019s Roxy Theatre and Echoplex on Feb. 9 and Feb. 12, respectively.<\/p>\n

\u201cOmens\u201d is the latest song from the musician who wears his Scouse roots proudly and who has rapidly risen from the underground U.K. rap scene to international attention; he appeared as one of Billboard U.K.\u2019s artists to watch in 2026<\/a>.  His debut album Rebel<\/em> was released in June 2025 and peaked at No. 23 on the Billboard 200 <\/a>and No. 8 on the U.K.\u2019s Official Albums Chart<\/a>. Two singles, \u201cPhantom\u201d and 4 Raws,\u201d hit the Billboard Hot 100<\/a> at No. 67 and No. 28, respectively.<\/p>\n

The song is accompanied by a new video directed by Archie Erskine (JustBanco, Aitch) which you can see below. \u201cOmens\u201d was produced by Cppo, Toom & Wasa. <\/p>\n

Despite growing attention, EsDeeKid has remained masked and anonymous leading to viral theories of his identity. At one point, fans suggested that actor Chalamet could be the voice behind the persona based on a perceived similarity in the appearance of both mens\u2019 eyes and eyebrows. The rumor was debunked<\/a> in December when the Marty Supreme<\/em> star jumped on a remix of \u201c4 Raws\u201d and appeared in the track\u2019s video. <\/p>\n

EsDeeKid is competing in the best breakthrough category at the BRIT Awards<\/a> on Feb. 28, his debut nomination. He will perform live at Rolling Loud in Orlando, Fla. on May. 8, and appear at All Points East in London on Aug. 23.<\/p>\n
